Guarantee Terms & Conditions

1. Scope: Our Satisfaction Guarantee applies to residential cleaning services performed by WillCleaning / Will Solutions LLC.

2. Reporting window: If you are not satisfied with any part of the cleaning, you must notify us within 24 hours of service completion. Photos or videos are helpful and may be requested.

3. Remedy: If we confirm the issue is covered, we will return and re-clean the affected areas at no additional cost. This is a re-clean guarantee. We do not provide cash refunds as the primary remedy.

4. Exclusions: This Guarantee does not cover:
- Pre-existing damage, stains, mold, biohazards, or heavy buildup that cannot be safely removed.
- Areas our team could not access or was denied access to.
- New messes created after our team leaves (pets, guests, contractors, etc.).
- Delays or limits caused by weather, utility outages, or unsafe conditions.

5. How to request a re-clean: E-mail with “Guarantee Request” in the subject line, include your service date, address, and photos/video of the area of concern. You may also call us at +1 (407) 227-7752.

6. Final determination: WillCleaning reserves the right to determine if the reported issue is covered under this Satisfaction Guarantee and whether a re-clean is the appropriate remedy.
