At WillCleaning, our mission is to bring peace of mind to every home we touch. We deliver consistent, high-quality, and reliable cleaning with heart and professionalism.

General Policies

We do our best to provide accurate phone estimates. Please provide honest and precise details so we can allocate proper time and resources. If more time is needed, we’ll inform you and extend at our hourly rate or prioritize tasks. Availability: please stay reachable during cleaning.

WillCleaning is cashless. Payments are securely processed via Stripe. Options: invoice by email or automatic debit after each visit. Accepted: Visa, Mastercard, AmEx, Discover, Apple
Pay, Google Pay. Tipping is optional but appreciated.

Rates may change with notice. If service needs evolve, prices will
be adjusted fairly. Confidentiality: client information is always private and shared only with consent.

Clients may not hire staff directly. Violation incurs a $5,000 fee.

Before Cleaning

Please remove obstacles like toys, clothes, dishes, and clutter. If you prefer, we can handle this prep as an add-on service.

We use professional-grade cleaning products. If you prefer that we use your own, please leave them on the counter with clear instructions.

You may also provide your own microfiber cloths if you don’t want us to bring ours between homes.

Provide secure access via code, lockbox, or garage keypad. If no prior arrangement and we cannot enter, a 50% lockout fee may apply.

We’re pet-friendly. Staff are trained to work carefully with pets, but we don’t handle litter boxes. Inform us about valuables/fragile items so we can take extra care.

Ensure a comfortable temperature. We don’t clean mold, pests, high ceilings, or move heavy items. If contagious illness is present, reschedule.

For health and safety reasons, our staff cannot:
* Handle human or pet waste, bodily fluids, or biohazards.
* Clean mold, mildew, or pest infestations.
* Move heavy furniture or lift items over 20 lbs (9 kg).
* Clean ceilings, chandeliers, or areas beyond a 2-step ladder.
* Use bleach or harsh chemicals unless provided by the client with clear instruction.
* Perform tasks that require professional trades (electrical, plumbing, or handyman).

If we encounter any of these conditions, our team will skip the area and report it to the office.

During Cleaning

We operate 8:40 AM–5:15 PM. Arrival window: 1 hour. First visits start after 8:40 AM. Midday: 11 AM–2 PM. If >1h off, we’ll call/text.

Please sort recyclables. We’ll load dishwasher-safe items. Handwashing sinks full of dishes is an add-on with extra fee.

If an accident occurs, notify us within 24 hours so we can resolve it. We’re not
liable for unstable or improperly secured items.

With permission, we may take non-identifiable before/after photos. No personal or private spaces will ever be shown.

After Cleaning

Cancel/reschedule at no cost up to 24h before. Less than 24h or
same-day: 50% fee. Email reminder 48h before + SMS 24h before.

If anyone at home is contagious, please reschedule. We’ll accommodate to protect our team’s health.

Report missed areas within 12h (photos/videos help). We don’t issue refunds; instead, we re-clean.

Satisfaction guaranteed. If we miss a spot, we’ll return to re-clean. Excludes damages from improper use/installation.

If you wish to cancel, complete our cancellation form. We’ll finalize all arrangements.

Outside business hours, you can make requests via our AI Virtual Secretary by dialing the extension. Our team will adjust on the next business day.

Yes. We offer an AI-powered virtual answering assistant after business hours. Dial the extension for the virtual attendant, leave your request, and our team will review and confirm it on the next business day.

Monday–Friday, 8:40 AM – 5:15 PM. Weekend or evening cleanings are available by special request.

Yes. We bring all professional cleaning products. We only ask you to provide trash bags and paper towels. Our microfiber cloths are washed and sanitized after each use. If you want us to use a specific product, leave it on the counter and notify our office.

We charge per job, not per hour. Faster service doesn’t reduce price; quotes are based on scope and team size.

For safety and quality, we do not provide: extreme clutter cleaning, mold/biohazard cleaning, moving items over 25 lbs, heavy wall scrubbing, exterior window cleaning, pet waste/insects/animal remains, exposed air-duct cleaning, or attic cleaning.

Health comes first. If anyone in your home is contagious, please reschedule—we’ll do our best to accommodate at no charge (same-day notices may incur a partial fee). Our staff may also reschedule to protect your family.
