We do our best to provide accurate phone estimates. When scheduling, please offer honest and precise details about your home’s condition. This helps us allot the proper time and resources for your service. If additional time is required, we will inform you and can either extend the session at our hourly rate or prioritize specific tasks.
We kindly ask that you tidy up items such as toys, clothing, and personal belongings before our arrival, so we can focus on delivering a deep, high-quality clean.
Our technicians typically arrive within a flexible 1-hour window of your scheduled time to accommodate traffic or additional tasks at prior appointments.

For convenient and secure access, we recommend leaving a door code, garage keypad, or lockbox. This allows us to enter safely and securely, even if you’re away. We cannot hold keys for security reasons.
We maintain a firm 48-hour cancellation policy. If you need to cancel or reschedule, please contact us 48 hours before your scheduled service.
Skip Fee: For skipped appointments, a $35 fee will be added to your next cleaning.
Payment is due on the day of service. We accept all major credit cards, which are processed securely on file.
Tipping:
Please separate and prepare recyclables per local guidelines prior to our arrival. Our team will load any dishwasher-safe dishes to clear the sink, presuming they’re dishwasher safe. A sink full of dishes requiring handwashing is available as an add-on service and may incur an additional fee.
We love pets! For safety, we ask that you secure pets in a designated area.
Please ensure a comfortable temperature before we arrive. We avoid hazardous areas or items that require specialized training, such as mold or pest-infestations, and avoid high ceilings.
We take care in your home, but should an accident occur, please inform us within 24 hours for resolution. We’re not responsible for items that are unstable or improperly secured.
Our employees are highly trained, and we invest in their development. To protect our team, we ask clients not to hire Will Cleaning staff directly. Violation of this policy incurs a $5,000 fee.
We may take non-identifiable before-and-after photos for quality checks or social media, with your permission. Rest assured, personal items or private spaces are never shown. If you prefer no photos, please let us know before your cleaning.
Your feedback is essential! We invite you to complete our feedback surveys after each cleaning to help us ensure satisfaction and ongoing quality.
Rates are subject to change, but we always provide notice. Additionally, if service needs evolve, we’ll adjust prices fairly.
Confidentiality: Your privacy is respected at Will Cleaning. Information on your home and services is kept confidential, and reviews will only be shared publicly with your consent.
We’re committed to your satisfaction! If we missed a spot, let us know within 24 hours. While we don’t offer refunds, we’re happy to return and re-clean any areas as needed. Please note our guarantee excludes items damaged due to improper care.
