To maintain consistency in our cleaning standards, we encourage clients to keep their scheduled appointments. However, if you need to reschedule, please submit your request through this form.
For skipped appointments, an additional $35 fee may be required to ensure your home is restored to our high standards on the next visit.

Failure to provide access on the scheduled day, or declining service upon technician arrival, will result in a full charge. This policy helps us manage time slots effectively, ensuring that all clients receive service promptly.
